Equipment

  • Measuring cup
  • Glass or mason jar
  • Spoon or reusable straw
  • Electric kettle or small pot (optional)
  • Tea infuser or mug (optional)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tart cherry juice make sure it’s 100% pure, no added sugar
  • 1/2 cup magnesium-infused sparkling water like Calm or any flavored sparkling water with magnesium
  • 1 chamomile tea bag optional but lovely for extra calm
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: fresh mint or a lemon slice for garnish

Instructions

Brew your chamomile tea (if using):

  • Heat about 1/4 cup of water and steep your tea bag for 3–5 minutes. Let it cool completely before using it in the mocktail.
  • Pro tip: Pop it in the fridge or freezer for a few minutes if you're in a hurry!

Fill your glass with ice:

  • Add as many ice cubes as you like. I usually go for a handful — makes it super refreshing and chilled.

Pour in the tart cherry juice:

  • Measure out 1/2 cup and pour it over the ice. You’ll already see that rich, deep red color — so pretty!

Add the cooled chamomile tea (optional):

  • If you're using the tea, pour it in now. It adds a soft, floral flavor that’s super calming.

Top with magnesium sparkling water:

  • Slowly pour in 1/2 cup of the sparkling water. Be gentle so it doesn’t fizz over.
  • Pro tip: Stir slowly to keep the bubbles intact — it makes the drink feel fancy!

Garnish and serve:

  • Add a mint leaf or lemon slice if you want to get a little fancy. Then stir gently, pop in your straw, and enjoy!
