For the Garlic Butter Chicken Bites
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
 - 1 tsp paprika
 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 2 tbsp olive oil
 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter
 - 4 garlic cloves minced
 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley optional, for garnish
 
For the Creamy Pasta
- 8 oz pasta penne or fettuccine work great
 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter
 - 2 garlic cloves minced
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 1/4 cup pasta water reserved
 - Optional: red pepper flakes to taste
 
 
Step 1: Season and Prep the Chicken
Start by patting the chicken dry with paper towels — this helps it sear better.
Cut it into bite-sized pieces and place them in a bowl.
Add the paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until each piece is well coated.
Set aside while you heat the pan.

Step 2: Sear the Chicken Bites

Let the mixture simmer for 2–3 minutes, then stir in the Parmesan cheese.
Keep stirring until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using).
If the sauce feels too thick, add a splash of the reserved pasta water to loosen it up.

Step 6: Combine and Serve
Add the cooked pasta to the creamy sauce and toss until everything is well coated.
