- 3 large cucumbers peeled and chopped
- 2 ripe avocados pitted and peeled
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or a dairy-free alternative for a vegan option
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup fresh dill chopped (plus extra for garnish)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup cold water or more, depending on your desired consistency

Prepare the Ingredients:
Peel and chop the cucumbers, pit and peel the avocados, and mince the garlic.
