Ingredients
  

For the Chicken and Filling:

  • 2 large chicken breasts about 1 lb
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley optional, for garnish

For the Wraps:

  • 4 large flour tortillas or your preferred wrap
  • 1 cup lettuce shredded
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced

For Extra Flavor:

  • 1 tbsp garlic butter for brushing on the wraps before grilling

Instructions
 

Cook the Chicken:

  • Begin by heating olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the chicken in the skillet and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until it’s fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

Prepare the Filling:

  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken strips with the mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and softened cream cheese.
  • Mix everything until the chicken is evenly coated in the cheesy garlic mixture. If you like, sprinkle in some fresh parsley for a burst of color and flavor.

Assemble the Wraps:

  • Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
  • Start by adding a layer of shredded lettuce, a few slices of tomato, and thin slices of red onion.
  • Then, spoon a generous amount of the cheesy garlic chicken mixture onto each tortilla, spreading it evenly.

Grill the Wraps:

  • Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and brush it with garlic butter.
  • Place each wrap in the skillet, folding it over the filling, and grill it for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is golden and crispy.
  • Use tongs to flip the wraps carefully.

Serve and Enjoy:

  • Once the wraps are golden brown and the cheese is melted, remove them from the skillet.
