Ingredients
  

For the Tea Base:

  • 4 cups 1 liter water
  • 3 –4 black tea bags or green tea for a lighter taste
  • ¼ cup honey or sugar adjust to taste

For the Pineapple Flavor:

  • 2 cups 500 ml pineapple juice (fresh or store-bought)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice for extra freshness

For Garnishing (Optional but Recommended):

  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh pineapple slices
  • Lemon slices
  • Mint leaves

Instructions
 

Step 1: Brew the Tea

  • In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
  • Remove from heat and add the tea bags. Let them steep for 5–7 minutes (longer if you want a stronger tea flavor).
  • Remove the tea bags and stir in the honey or sugar while the tea is still warm. Let the tea cool to room temperature.

Step 2: Mix in the Pineapple Flavor

  • Once the tea has cooled, pour it into a large pitcher.
  • Add 2 cups of pineapple juice and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Stir well to combine.

Step 3: Chill and Serve

  • Refrigerate the iced tea for at least 1 hour to chill.
  • When ready to serve, fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the pineapple iced tea over them.
  • Garnish with fresh pineapple slices, lemon slices, or mint leaves for a beautiful and refreshing touch.
