Ingredients
  

  • 1 Ib Ground Beef
  • 8 oz Egg Noodles
  • 1 medium Onion (sliced)
  • 2 medium Carrots (julienned)
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes

Instructions
 

Cook the Noodles:

  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the noodles according to package instructions.
  • Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce:

  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch (if using). Set aside.

Cook the Beef:

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon.
  • Drain excess fat if needed.

Sauté the Vegetables:

  • Add diced onion, shredded carrots, and broccoli florets to the skillet.
  • Cook for 3–5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are tender.

Combine the Sauce and Beef:

  • Pour the sauce into the skillet with the beef and vegetables.
  • Stir well and simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the mixture.

Toss with Noodles:

  • Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss until well combined with the beef and sauce.

Garnish and Serve:

  • Sprinkle with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
