- 1 tablespoon honey or simple syrup adjust to taste
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda
- Ice cubes

Step 1: Juice the Lemon
Cut a fresh lemon in half and use a citrus juicer or reamer to extract the juice.
