- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

- 1 teaspoon gochujang Korean chili paste optional for spice
- 1/2 cup green onions chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Prepare the Rice (Optional):
Cook the Ground Beef:
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks (about 5-7 minutes).
Make the Sauce:
Once the beef is cooked through, add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the pan.
