Equipment

  • Small saucepan or microwave-safe mug
  • Whisk or spoon
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Mug

Ingredients

  • Chai Tea Bags (2 bags)
  • Milk (1 cup)
  • Sweetener (1-2 tablespoons)

Instructions

Step 1: Brew the Chai Tea

  • Heat ½ cup of water in a small saucepan or microwave until hot but not boiling.
  • Add 2 chai tea bags and let them steep for 5 minutes. The longer you steep, the stronger the flavor.
  • Remove the tea bags and discard them.

Step 2: Warm the Milk

  • In a separate saucepan (or in the microwave), heat 1 cup of milk until warm but not boiling.
  • If you have a milk frother, whisk the milk to create a foamy texture.

Step 3: Combine and Sweeten

  • Pour the brewed chai tea into a mug.
  • Add the warm milk and 1-2 tablespoons of sweetener (adjust to taste).
  • Stir well and enjoy!
