Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Hand mixer or whisk
  • Spatula
  • Serving Platter or Bowl

Ingredients

For the Dip:

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For Serving:

  • Fresh fruit e.g., strawberries, apple slices, grapes, pineapple chunks, etc.

Instructions

Step 1: Soften the Cream Cheese

  • Take the cream cheese out of the fridge and let it soften at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes. This makes it easier to mix and helps prevent any lumps in your dip.

Step 2: Mix the Ingredients

  • In a medium mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, marshmallow fluff, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.

Step 3: Blend Until Smooth

  • Using a hand mixer or whisk, beat the mixture on low speed until it’s smooth and creamy. Be patient while stirring — this is where the magic happens! You want it to be perfectly smooth, with no lumps of cream cheese or powdery sugar.
  • Pro tip: Start on a lower speed to avoid powdered sugar flying everywhere, then increase the speed as it starts to come together.

Step 4: Taste and Adjust

  • Give the dip a quick taste. If you want it sweeter, you can add a little more powdered sugar. If it’s too thick, add a splash of milk or cream to loosen it up.

Step 5: Chill (Optional)

  • You can serve the dip immediately, but if you have time, chill it in the fridge for about 30 minutes to an hour. It lets the flavors set and makes the dip even more refreshing.

Step 6: Serve with Fruit

  • Arrange your favorite fresh fruit (like strawberries, apple slices, or grapes) on a platter and serve the dip on the side. Dip, enjoy, and get ready for a flavor explosion!
