Equipment

  • Large Pitcher or Punch Bowl
  • Measuring cups
  • Citrus Juicer
  • Long spoon or stirrer
  • Sharp knife & cutting board

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cranberry juice unsweetened or 100% juice preferred
  • 1 cup orange juice preferably fresh-squeezed
  • 1/2 cup orange liqueur like Cointreau or Triple Sec
  • 1 750ml bottle chilled Prosecco
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries for garnish
  • 1 orange thinly sliced (for garnish)
  • Ice optional, for serving

Instructions

Step 1: Prep Your Garnishes

  • Wash the cranberries and set aside. If you're using frozen cranberries, no need to thaw—just rinse them briefly under cool water.
  • Slice the orange into thin, round slices. Remove any seeds so they don’t float in the punch.
  • Pro Tip: For a more festive look, freeze the cranberries ahead of time. They’ll double as colorful ice cubes and help keep the punch chilled without watering it down.

Step 2: Mix the Juices and Liqueur

  • In a large pitcher or punch bowl, pour in the cranberry juice, orange juice, and orange liqueur.
  • Stir gently to combine all the flavors evenly.
  • Pro Tip: Make sure the juices are chilled before mixing—this helps keep the punch cold and crisp without relying heavily on ice.

Step 3: Add the Prosecco

  • Slowly pour in the chilled Prosecco right before serving.
  • Stir very gently once or twice just to combine. You want to keep the bubbles intact!
  • Pro Tip: Always add the bubbly last and stir lightly—this preserves the fizz and prevents the punch from going flat too quickly.

Step 4: Add Garnishes and Serve

  • Drop in the cranberries and orange slices for a pop of color and flavor.
  • Add ice if you'd like, or serve over ice in individual glasses.
