  • 1/2 cup club soda or sparkling water

Step 2: Mix the Cranberry Base

  • Pour the cranberry juice into a shaker or mixing cup: Measure 1 cup of cranberry juice and pour it into the shaker (or mixing cup) to start the base.
  • Add the lime juice: Squeeze about 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice into the shaker. This adds a citrusy punch and balances out the sweetness of the cranberry.
  • Add simple syrup: Stir in 1 teaspoon of simple syrup. If you like your drinks sweeter, feel free to add a little more, but remember, the soda will also add a bit of sweetness.
