For the Chicken:

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

For the Salad:

  • 4 cups romaine lettuce chopped

  • ½ cup Caesar dressing store-bought or homemade

For the Wraps:

  • 4 large flour tortillas or whole wheat wraps
  • Optional: cherry tomatoes halved or sliced avocado for extra flavor

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken

  • In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture all over the chicken breasts.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and golden brown. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (75°C).
  • Once cooked, let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

Step 2: Assemble the Salad

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, Parmesan cheese, and croutons.
  • Drizzle Caesar dressing over the salad and toss until evenly coated.

Step 3: Assemble the Wraps

  • Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  • Place a generous amount of Caesar salad in the center of each tortilla. Top with sliced chicken and any optional toppings like cherry tomatoes or avocado.
  • Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it tightly from the bottom up to create a secure wrap.

Step 4: Serve and Enjoy

  • Slice each wrap in half for easy serving.
