Instructions
Prepare the Bananas
Peel and slice 4 ripe bananas into small chunks.
Place the banana slices in a single layer on a baking sheet or plate.
Freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until completely solid. (Overnight works best!)
Blend Until Smooth
Add the frozen banana slices to a high-powered blender or food processor.
Blend on low to medium speed, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
If the bananas aren’t blending smoothly, add a splash of milk (almond, oat, or regular) to help.
Keep blending until the mixture is thick, smooth, and creamy—like soft-serve ice cream.
Customize Your Flavor
If you’re adding mix-ins (like cocoa powder, peanut butter, or berries), add them now and blend until combined.
For a chunkier texture, stir in chocolate chips, nuts, or fruit pieces after blending.
Serve or Store
You can enjoy it immediately for a soft-serve texture.
If you prefer a firmer consistency, transfer the nice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 1-2 hours before scooping.
