Ingredients
  

For the Dip:

  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup chopped dill pickles
  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt adjust to taste

For the Crunchy Topping:

  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions
 

Prepare the Dip Base:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until smooth and well blended.

Add the Flavor:

  • Mix in the chopped dill pickles, pickle juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt. Stir until fully incorporated.

Make the Crunchy Topping:

  • In a small skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Stir frequently until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Assemble the Dip:

  • Transfer the dip mixture to a serving dish. Sprinkle the toasted breadcrumb topping evenly over the dip.

Serve and Enjoy:

  • Serve immediately with your favorite dippers like chips, crackers, or veggies, or refrigerate for later.
