Instructions
Step 1: Prep the Ingredients
Dice the onion, potatoes, and garlic.
Trim any excess fat from the chicken breasts or thighs.
Step 2: Load the Crockpot
Place the chicken in the crockpot first.
Add the potatoes, onion, garlic, frozen vegetables, butter, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, and poultry seasoning.
