There are also hair styles like tight pony tails, styling baby hair and tight buns.

Harsh chemicals like hair bleach and relaxers can weaken the hair follicles and strands making it more prone to breakage, bleaching was one thing that made me lose most of my hair some months ago, I eventually ended up cutting all of my hair and started re-growing recently.
For relaxers, I have resorted to using it on my hair once every three months because that’s what works for me, so know what’s best for you and do it.
You might not need to brush or comb your hair as often as possible, just brush or comb as much as you need to style and that’s it. Be gentle when you brush your hair.
Frequent use of hair straighteners, curling tongs and hair drier can damage the hair shaft and remove moisture from the hair which in turn causes hair breakage.
Not just that, hot weather can also dry out your hair, it is advisable to allow your hair air-dry most of the time.
